The FWC Australia Mission team has landed in Sydney, Australia!
Faith Worship Community is sending a team to partner with some local churches and schools in Australia to spread the love and good news of Jesus down under! They safely arrived yesterday and will be doing ministry in Sydney and Woy Woy, New South Wales returning to LAX on July 29.
But they can’t do it alone! Here’s how we as a church can partner with them:
PRAY: Commit to praying for our team’s safety, provision, and for divine moments of connection and impact for those in need in Australia.
Jesus said that the world will know us by our love for one another (John 13:35). Pray for team unity among team leaders Amber and Tabitha, and team members Daniel, Hannah, Jared, Troy and Pastor Brad.
GIVE: Thank you to everyone who has given and participated in fundraisers so far! Because of you the team raised enough to cover the costs while doing ministry in Australia (HOORAY!!). However…there is still some work to do. The team still has about $4,500 to raise to completely cover the cost of the airplane tickets (purchased with a credit card).
