Built Deep is about strengthening the hands of Christ’s servants.
We believe that Jesus calls people to serve in his kingdom and his Church. We also believe that God’s servants warrant the very highest degree of equipping, care, and attention.
Because we are convinced that Christian service flows most powerfully out of well-rounded lives that are fully connected to God and alive in the Holy Spirit, Built Deep prioritizes the spiritual and social development of Christian leaders while providing Christian ministry training at levels equivalent to undergraduate and graduate education in the divinities.
Executive Director
Adam and Wendy Ayers live on the island of Kauai, where Adam serves as executive director of Built Deep Ministries. Adam is pastor emeritus at Faith Worship Community (1987-2017), founder of the Stoa Foundation and host of BibleWalkthrough and Interface. He received his Ph.D. from Fuller Seminary and has taught as Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Vanguard University of Southern California, Adjunct Professor of Intercultural Studies at Fuller Theological Seminary and Adjunct Professor of Global Studies at Azusa Pacific University. His most recent publication is Kingdom in Context (Urban Loft).
