Tuesday of Passion Week, Jesus taught in the temple.  The chief priests and the elders question Him and seeking to trap Him in a statement. (cf. questioning authority, Lk. 20:1-8, and tribute to Ceaser, Lk. 20:19-26)  Jesus discerned that they were not really seeking truth.  Therefore, he was illusive and veiled in His answers. He continued to teach the people in parables. 

Jesus said in Mt. 7:8., “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened”.  Today seek the Lord in truth.
